PRODUCTS

CERAMIC LINED PIPES AND ELBOWS

Features and Benefits

Pipes and Elbows can be lined with a variety of NT Wear's NT110 Ceramic. These provide ultimate wear resistance from your most abrasive applications.

A choice between Pre-Engineered Pipe Brick and Cylinders are installed based upon individual parameters. This will notate which type of Pre-Engineered Ceramic we would recommend.

The other types of NT110 Ceramic that can be used are Plain, Weldable, HexTile, and Vacuum Bonded Wear Tiles.

While lasting at least 10 times longer than mild steel, NT110 Ceramic increases production time by decreasing downtime.

Installation

NT Wear Ceramic lined Pipes and Elbows can be easily installed by flanges with ceramic lined elbows of any type.

The flanges will be either fixed or rotating. Flanges cannot be welded onto ceramic lined pipe. We provide an adapter flange so that you can weld it to your existing piping system.

Doing so will allow for the larger OD of a ceramic lined pipe or elbow to be retrofitted to your existing system.

This process will maintain the same ID of your existing pipe.

NITRATE-BONDED SILICON-CARBIDE CAST CERAMIC

Features and Benefits

Due to its superior heat resistance and strength, NT Wear's NT99Y Nitrate-Bonded Silicon Carbide Cast Ceramic offers high thermal conductivity and stick resistance.

NT99Y is frequently used in the coal-fueled power, mining, chemical, and metal industries.

Installation

NT Wear NT99Y can be installed with epoxy or cast with weldable inserts.

CERAMIC EMBEDDED RUBBER HOSE

Features and Benefits

1. NT Baricade NT110 Hexagonal Tile Ceramic Embedded Rubber Hose is 12 times more wear resistant than stainless steel.

2. Impact resistant - Virtually impossible to destroy the ceramic segments.

3. Flexible - Minimum bend radius is roughly 12 times the hose I.D.

4. Corrosion resistant - Compatible with most chemicals found in slurries.

5. Wide variety of end connections.

6. Available in any continuous length up to 20 meters.

Attached to a 6" x 6" square of webbing material, NT Wear NT110 Hexagonal Tile can easily be installed by securing with a Premium Silicone or Ceramic Bonding tile adhesive.
